We’re looking for a talented IT Business Analyst to join our Products & Technology department.

Key responsabilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure technology solutions meet business goals.

• Perform the end-to-end analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and design sessions with cross-functional teams to gather insights , challenge assumptions and validate solutions.

• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, developers, and testers to ensure solutions are feasible , scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
  

Who you are

• You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives on turning complex challenges into actionable solutions.

• You are a pragmatic and flexible thinker who can easily shift between topics and priorities, adapting quickly to evolving needs.

• You have a strong analytical mindset and can translate business needs into clear IT requirements.

• You have a solid understanding of IT systems, data flows, and solution architecture principles.

• You are c omfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels , communicating clearly and effectively.

• You are adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• You balance attention to detail with understanding the bigger picture .

• You have more than 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a complex IT or digital transformation environment.

• You are fluent in English and proficient in Dutch and/or French.
