Of course, they ask about your metrics, but they really expect you to know the sales process, the company, and how to prospect. Of course, this is every sales interview, but the interviewers will ask follow-up questions and go off-script. So, if you're planning to say you love the work culture, you better come in with concrete examples as to why you like it, and how you know/found out the work culture is suitable for you. In other words, no vague answers. They also are extremely mindful of time. They won't go a second over, so be prepared to be concise.
