Je travaille chez Salesforce à plein temps
Ohana, fun, innovation, croissance, intelligence
trop de travail, workbalance difficile
J'ai postulé via une recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3+ mois. J'ai passé une entrevue à Salesforce (Bruxelles) en septembre 2017.
The process started in July, by a set of interviews with recruitment and local management. It was followed by a panel presentation of one hour. I was offered a "buddy" (ie. a Salesforce employee) to help me prepare for this, and a set of links to review all the material available on the web. It is important to prepare well for this panel, and it was taken very seriously by the Salesforce team (5 people attended my panel). It requires a time investment to prepare for this panel, but it is an interesting process as it forces you to investigate more deeply the Salesforce offers, and the role play already puts you in a situation where you present them to a customer. My buddy was very helpful. During the presentation itself, be prepared to handle some objections, as the audience will "test" how you react. After the panel, I was also requested to provide customer references, which were called by the Salesforce team. So overall, I would say it was a thorough but fair recruitment process.
