Company visited our campus. Had a great interview experience. For the Director round, it was supposed to be 1 hour long chat, instead it lasted 6 minutes. It felt like the interviewer had made up his mind about not hiring me and move on. Got a reject on next working day, which made no sense. No discussion over my resume. 5 minutes of interview has been the shortest interview of my life. I'm not sure how do you assess a candidate who has made it to the final round in a matter 5 minutes.
