The interview process was very quick and smooth. I applied through a referral. Within few day recruiter reached out to me for phone screening where I was asked few questions about my current role and why I want to switch and my goals. Next was hiring manager round which was more behavioral and about past experience. Then Online assessment with two easy to medium leetcode questions. Finally three one hour long each ,technical 1:1 interviews focusing on automation, quality mindset and problem solving. Entire process took 2 weeks. The recruiter was very supportive and all the interviewers were very friendly.

Drawn out and tedious. A recruiter reached out to me and sent a hackerrank test
Integer to Roman and find lexicographically smallest subsequence followed by an 8 hour long onsite interview.
The process was unnecessarily prolonged and un-engaging, leading to a waste of the candidates' time. The interviewers trying to flex their knowledge and being very incompetent in even copying and pasting the questions properly. This resulted in me not solving the problem in time even for an easy question.
I was fine with the questions and the interviewers being rude. What did me in was the hours long waiting that never seemed to end. The candidates who were supposed to be interviewed at 8:30 AM were still not interviewed by 3:00 PM only to be told to leave without any indication of what the next steps are or if it was even a rejection. Basically treating Engineers like they're only there because the overlords at Salesforce decided to show some mercy and let the poor Engineers in for a day long interview. The organizers need a lesson in organization skills and need to streamline the process instead of dragging this out, just so they can skip out on their actual work I guess?
The onsite interviews were supposed to be 3 rounds but I was told to go home. I guess the interviewer wasn't impressed with me not typing out the exact solution they had in mind. They were basically bored to even conduct the interview. I don't blame them, I blame the horrible process that is built to break the spirits of both the interviewers and the interviewees. At least they get paid for this drivel. The interviewer couldn't pay attention to my answers, constantly checking their phone and couldn't be bothered to clarify some questions. They did manage to ask me two questions - Rotate sorted array or some variation of it, Finding Substring with max value with repeating characters.
Then they me told to wait 2 MORE hours after that and was told to go home around 5. Don't waste your time attending these interviews in Hyderabad, India.
PS: Oh they did bless us plebes with some lunch so I guess that's something.
