Telephone interview organised by email with recruiter. Given 1 weeks notice about call. They called me on the day of the interview and i had a conversation with the recruiter about myself, my experience in sales, if i am currently looking for a position with a company lije salesfore. Why i want to work for salesforce
3 steps: recruiter screen, recruiter, final round panelist. Talk about yourself, more conversational than technical. Did not do mock cold call or mock presentation at all. Purely questions like tell me about yourself, why salesforce etc

I had one interview with a recruiter that went well. It lasted for 30 minutes and I was asked basic questions for the first interview. Unfortunately, they didn't call me again for the next stages.

I interviewed with 2 internal recruiters and then went on-site for a panel interview with 2 managers. The managers said there was no guarantee that either of them would be my manager if I got the job.
