I applied to this to this role, through our campus placement team. The whole recruitment process took around 10 days. In this recruitment process, we have 4 rounds to get selected.
Round 1: Hackerrank test In this round, the company asked some questions on technical and also 2 different coding questions (which are not so difficult if you have good basics on programming) on our comfortable programming language.
Round 2: Versant communication round. In this round, they checked my ability to communicate through various sections. Which is not so difficult, but somehow we need to be prepared for it.
Round 3: Technical + Managerial Interview (60 mins) I thought this round would be difficult. But the manager who took my interview made me so comfortable before starting my interview. Then, we had a good discussion on my resume, projects, and other technical aspects. Then he asked to write a code which is based on functions and string concatenation. The code ran partially, but somehow he liked my approach to explaining the code. After that, in the same interview, he asked about my curricular activities other than academics. Overall it went decent.
Round 4: HR Round (30 mins) In this round, the interview went upon discussing the behavioral questions and also the discussion on the other general aspect. Same as the technical, the HR round also went decent. After 4 days I got a mail from our campus placement team, that I've got selected for the company. My suggestions for those who would like to prepare for this role, be confident with your technical basics and also, to make sure that you know what you've mentioned in your resume. Because every aspect will be checked from your resume that you've mentioned, so, just be confident and things will go smoothly. All the best 💯
