The interview process for a remote sourcer role: 1st interview with Hiring manager. Followed by 4 additional interviews on another day which included another one with the hiring manager, technical recruiter, sourcer, and team lead. You also had a sourcing activity with the hiring manager.

Entretien
30 minutes with a recruiter based in Melbourne. Interview lasted 15 mins as she wasted the initial 15 mins on small talk. Complete waste of time, and did not even move through to final stages. This recruiter definitely needs some training on how to interview.
