1st interview (after the recruiter) was with one of the solution engineer manager
2nd interview with another solution engineer manager
3rd interview : panel with 3 people (2 solution engineer managers and 1 solution engineer) with use case to prepare in advance, and a demo. 1h interview
4th interview: VP solution engineer.
Interview process was a good mix of personality interview and business case where you're able to prove what you're capable of as a solution engineer.

The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.

- 2 interview avec Managers SE
- Panel (mise en situation et démo produit) - étape clé
- Interview VP pour validation
