Sehr strukturiert und professionell. Der Bewerbungszeitraum war kurz und effektiv. Nach einem Telefoninterview mit Recruiter erfolgte ein informelles Vor Ort Gespräch und im Anschluss ein Panel Interview mit 3 executives. Im Panel interviewte stellte ich mich selbst vor und eine Kundenerfolgsstory aus meiner beruflichen Laufbahn. Die Fragen im Interview waren nicht schwer und alle sehr sympathisch und engagiert.

Entretien
Simple interview process. Met with two recruiters then the RVP for an hour. After that I had the panel interview which wasn’t overly difficult as they just wanted to understand how you sell and learn more about you as a person. Then 3 days later I was offered the role. Pretty simple process and well coordinated. The whole thing took about 3 weeks from the time I submitted an application.

Entretien
Extremely professional, supportive, and responsive interview process. I had an initial recruiter interview on the phone, followed by a hiring manager Google meet, a Google meet with another team member, and a final online presentation to a four person panel. A very positive experience!

Overall it took 2 months. I've had 4 calls with the recruiter, hiring manager, a current employee that has the same function and a panel with senior management. Everyone was very transparent and professional. The procedure went great.
