Started off with a phone screening with head of HR Ciaran Barry, some basic questions regarding personality, why I wanted the role, and why sales force. Ciaran was brilliant throughout the whole process and guided me every step of the way making sure I was fully prepared and confident going into each imterview. I then had initial screening with Audrey the BDA manager who was also extremely friendly and helped me feel at ease with the process. Last stage of interview process was a formal interview with Kenneth the SDR Manager and final presentation pitch for a Salesforce business case, again felt at ease with all the interviewers and they tested me fairly for the role. Due to the covid 19 outbreak they had to do the whole process virtually which they handled top notch and extremely professional throughout, very excited to get started with a company like Saleforce as they seem to have the right leaders in place and made you feel confident in your abilities to succeed !

4 interviews in total. The first was with HR, second with a manager and the third was a business case. The last interview was a personality test. To the people who apply for this job; I strongly suggest you to do you preparation!
