Very structured, professional, supportive arranged very well and accommodating to times and needs. The process was well handled from start to finish. Recruiter was very engaging and helped me through the process as it is sometimes scary.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Salesforce (Londres, Angleterre) en janv. 2019

The interview process at Salesforce is thorough, over the course of a month I had one face to face interview, 4 telephone interviews and a final panel presentation which seems to be the routine for most roles. The telephone interviews were a great way to be introduced to several members of the team including direct reports, peers and 2 levels up, with feedback from the Salesforce recruiter at each stage.
For the panel presentation I was asked to present back to the panel of 6:
- About me, my background, experience and qualifications for the role
- How I would introduce Salesforce to a prospective customer including the company history and value proposition
- 30/60/90 plan and how I would be successful
Lots of great probing questions throughout from members of the panel and a very positive session.
Salesforce place a huge amount of importance on cultural fit and how I would fit into the "ohana", a great way to protect the culture and vision.
