An initial screening phone call, followed by a number of in person interviews with members of the team and management. It was a smooth and professional process. Where interviewers were not available VCT was used.

The interviews were 5 individual people plus the insiders program. Each interview only 30 minutes long so very abbreviated. Too abbreviated I think. Mostly seem to be looking for fit.

The interview process is long and very thorough. I went through 6 interviews 4 of which where panel interviews. I did not have to present a fictional Salesforce based scenario, but I understand this is common in the last panel process today.
