J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Salesforce en août 2019
Entretien
Interview process consisted of 2 separate interviews with an Engagement Director. One interview was technical and the other was consulting related. I was then moved on to the final interview with the hiring manager and two others. This was a presentation about a previous project.
Decided to decline the position, though, since internal employees aren't offered the same amount as external hires.
The interview process was structured, transparent, and genuinely engaging. Each stage highlighted thoughtful questions, collaborative problem-solving, and a clear vision for the role, leaving me impressed, energized, and confident in the team’s culture and long-term direction.
