- 20 Min with the recruiter about my profile
- They called me 1 day before to schedule a formal interview for the next day, they call a panel interview where they ask you to prepare a presentation with your profile.
-30 min interview, they interrupted many times and it seems an exams not aligned to the professional level required, so I felt a not open environment
-No feedback about the interview and they completely disappear
- I’ve got some insight from some employees completely far away from the reality of the interview in order to justify political choice not objective or business oriented

Mutually beneficial, transparent and rejuvenating - clearly aligned at all levels on the people / persona they are looking for. They were focused on behavior and DNA rather than just technical skills as they believe in their on boarding process, like it should be
