My Interview process had several steps, in all of them I was very well oriented!The most interesting was the panel Interview, where they evaluated my soft and hard skills. Then I made two more two calls to talk about my experience, the market and why I Salesforce? Overall the Interview process was very good!
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.

Fantastic and seamless process overall. Salesforce really showed their culture throughout the process. From Recruiting to the hiring team, everyone was kind, professional, and empathetic. I cannot say enough good things about Salesforce.
