There were 3 formal rounds of interviews. The first was a generic background interview with a manager in the group the candidate was interviewing for. The second was a technical interview. The third was a panel interview in which the candidate presents a product demo in a mock customer scenario. There was also an informal conversation with the director of the group the candidate interviewed for

2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.

Fantastic and seamless process overall. Salesforce really showed their culture throughout the process. From Recruiting to the hiring team, everyone was kind, professional, and empathetic. I cannot say enough good things about Salesforce.

il processo ha previsto 3 step, divisi come segue:
1: intervista HR in cui chiedono esperienza lavorativa e ti speigano la posizione
2: intervista hiring manager, leggermente tecnica
3: panel in cui fare una sorta di presentazione ad un team
