On-site interviews at HQ with 5 rounds of assessments throughout all levels. All interviewers showed genuine interest in me as a person and my experience in the field. No curveball questions. Looking for a personal fit just as much as a professional fit.

The interviews were 5 individual people plus the insiders program. Each interview only 30 minutes long so very abbreviated. Too abbreviated I think. Mostly seem to be looking for fit.

The interview process is long and very thorough. I went through 6 interviews 4 of which where panel interviews. I did not have to present a fictional Salesforce based scenario, but I understand this is common in the last panel process today.
