      Entretien pour Senior Solutions Architect

      23 déc. 2016
      Employé (anonyme)
      San Francisco, CA
      Offre acceptée
      Expérience positive
      Entretien moyen

      Candidature

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) en sept. 2016

      Entretien

I initially interviewed for a different position of Program Director. I had two separated video interviews, one of which was a panel interview. Throughout the interview process, the recruiting partner was constantly providing me with updates about the interview and providing me with ample information on who I was talking to. I was informed I was not a right fit for that position but they would look for the right position for me. I took it as usual recruiter talk basically rejecting me. To my surprise, the recruiting partner continued to follow up with updates. Finally, they found a position that was the right fit and handed me over to the new recruiting partner who was extremely helpful in discussing the position with me and providing me updates. Due to Dreamforce and resource planning my process took very long - about 4 months, but I am greatly appreciative of the two recruiting partners that I worked with for constantly providing me updates on where the process was. Since this was my #dreamjob I stayed on it. I am happy to report that I have accepted an offer and start in the new year.
