I have been interviewed twice by phone. The first interview was aimed at better knowledge of my previous working experience. The second was more focused on trying to understand whether the match with the open role was good. Then, three interviews in person followed, aimed at knowing in a deeper detail my previous roles and at the same time to help me better understand what was the company culture and tasks and responsibilities on my new role. After positive feedback, the following interviews were more focused on the compensation package.
