Initial phone screen with recruiter, phone call with hiring manager, onsite visit interviewing with 4 people (peers and hiring manager), second visit interviewing with 4 people (peers, VP, and client managment)

Pretty basic - experience, why Salesforce, how do you deal with stress, how do you prioritize
Straightforward, standard questions by the book, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Classical PM questions, some were related to usage of AI in the daily work and to team management
I had a 30 minute phone screening with recruiter and then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was told they would be in touch with next steps. 2 weeks later I received a rejection email.

Getting a referral for a job is a massive advantage. No salary was disclosed I was asked what I would expect first. Interview was pretty casual and easy going. Would recommend
