Entretien
First, there was a phone interview with the recruiter who had contacted me based on a employee referral, then we had two phone/video interviews with HR and then with the direct hiring manager, then one face-to-face interview with hiring VP, after that I got an offer, which was negotiated with the recruiter. SAP has salary bands, so they were limited with their salary offers, but were very willing to work with me on getting a deal worked out.
Interview process:
HR Interview – Initial conversation to discuss background, experience, and role expectations.
Case Study Assignment – Completion of a business case relevant to the position.
Case Study Presentation – Presentation and discussion of the proposed solution and approach.
Hiring Manager Interview – In-depth interview focused on skills, experience, and team fit.
Offer Stage – Final offer and discussion of employment terms.

They asked questions about how I prioritize my daily tasks, manage competing deadlines, and organize my workload to ensure that the most important objectives are completed efficiently.

Entretien
Das Gespräch für SAP Signavio war mit der Recruiterin und lief sehr gut. Angenehm, informativ, offen. Direkt im Gespräch wurde angekündigt, dass es mit Stufe 2 weitergehen wird unter Nennung der nächsten beiden Interviewpartner. Dann war 5 Wochen Funkstille bis zur Ablehnung.
