Each phase had a pause from about 1 week. It was quick with a few interview partners from HR to other Engineers and then the Project manager and some other employers who would probably work with me in the next project.

about my usage of those SAP specific technologies in the past and my potential next projects
They drag out the interview, and there are no further details. First, they conduct an assessment; they provide the company laptops, and in the second round, they conduct the HR interview. There are no more employees also.
Data engineer for ontology building. Several steps, did not pass by the first one, which was surprising because I had the impression everything went well. Standard questions like why do you want to join and what is your ontology experience etc
