Submitted application through the online portal and I was called to schedule an interview. The interview was 1:1 and discussed experience, future goals, expected performance, and team initiatives.
The paperwork took some time to process as there is some lead time between application to interview to job offer to orientation. There was some issue getting information from HR due to meeting time conflicts. Orientation is half a day long.

Question 1
Most unexpected question was if I would be adaptive and could expand beyond the original role; did I want to be an assistant indefinitely, or use the experience on the team to get a new role within the company?
Interviewers will ask some questions around logic and problem solving, for instance: if there is a cannon on a hill, at which angle must it fire to hit the stone wall?
The interview process was structured, well described and easy to follow. I met with an hr recruiter and then the team that I would be supporting. Very professional and clear for the most part
Normal interview, 3 steps in the process, treated with respect and managed to speak to executive team quite easily. ended up with an offer but did not take up due to personal reasons.

Reibungsloser Ablauf, klare Kommunikation.
Rückruf und Kommunikation via E-Mail lief sehr unkompliziert. Die Fragen waren standartisiert. Sehr netter Empfang in der Zentrale in Potsdam. Vorab hat man per Mail klare Anweisungen für die Anfahrt erhalten. Zum Einstellungsverfahren kann ich nichts sagen, da mir kein Angebot gemacht worden ist.
