J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez SAP (Newtown Square, PA) en oct. 2013
Entretien
Once they decide to interview you, you can expect the world's fastest interview process. This is a good thing - there is only one interview (not 2, 3, 4, etc) and they make an offer in about 3 days. Those are the good parts.
The problem is they expect an answer to their offer in about 3 days as well. If you're shopping around for jobs, you better have SAP as your number one choice because they do not appreciate having to wait to hear from you about their offer.
Bring your "A" game to the interview, it is technical and stressful. You will be asked questions concerning anything from the "high level" concepts to the most minor detail. You will be on the board, explaining it to 3-4 interviews who will happily pick it apart.

Two tests before the first interview and after that just one other interview with the team manager to know your strenghts and your knowledge at the support area, In my opinion it is a great interview process
