After applying to a position, once you are pre-selected, the following steps occurred:
1) screened by an HR employee (by phone);
2) brief technical and English interview (by phone);
3) detailed techninal and English interview (in person);
4) contact from HR for formalizing offer.
The step 3 was divided in two phases. In the first phase it was an interview talking about technical background and previous experiences, then some technical challenges were proposed, to which you have to provide the solution either in paper or explaining how to solve them. The second phase was a conversation in English to determine the fluency as it's mandatory for the company.
