There were three phone conversations with recruiters and others who worked within the company before they flew me to PA. The day in PA there were four sets of interviews, each with two people across the table asking me questions. Everything seemed very relaxed and conversational. As long as you are yourself, come in with confidence, and look like a solid business professional, you'll have a decent shot at getting the job!

It was a 3 parts interview that started with a one hour telephone interview. Directly after you were given 1 week to present a presentation about a subject with a video presentation. After that it was the final interview at HQ together with top management.
