Went to the assessment centre and first hour was an ice breaker followed by introduction then was grouped to complete a project and present it. Then after was the individual tests and last was the interview.

1-Apliqué a un aviso por Likedin y envié mi CV
2- A la semana me llegó un mail con link para una entrevista por Meet.
3- Hice la entrevista
4- No me llamaron más.
Por otro lado, busqué en linkedin a la persona que me entrevistó, si bien me aceptó en su red, le pedí por favor si me podía brindar un feedback pero lamentablemente no me contestó.

Das Gespräch lief gut ab. Man wird herzlichst willkommen und man fühlt sich gut umsorgt. Im Gespräch werden inhaltliche und persönliche Fragen gestellt, aber man fühlt sich auf Augenhöhe mit dem Interviewer und kann auch gut Gegenfragen stellen.

Very relaxed, more behavioral than technical. Interviewers are trying to get to know you and see if you have a passion for finance and an interest in working in their team - they tell you what to expect on the job and see if you will be a good fit.
