First was just a 15 minute Phone call with the SAP Recruiter Then a couple of days later they set up a phone interview with my immediate supervisor. He liked what he heard and asked me to come in The next week we met at SAP America HQ, we spoke in a conference room for about 45 minutes. He asked if I had other offers. I told him I had two other offers which was true. He said - please wait til the end of the week - we will be giving you an offer. At the end of the week - I got an offer - I asked for another 10K/yr, He said he needed to check with his supervisor. He called me after the weekend and told me no problem - we are extending the offer, and I accepted.

First was a phone screen. The I had a series of interviews with colleagues, managers and our VP. It was a slow process in that it took almost 4 months from the initial phone screen to my start day, but it was very worth it!
