1 recruiter focused on online recruiting (LinkedIn primarily) liked my profile when I reached out to her. Passed me on to another inhouse recruiter who did a telephone screen then set up interview with two hiring managers (presentation). Was given a sales scenario with not-too-specific details, and a week to prepare. They were looking for: ability to present, to think on one's feet, to use sales methodologies. Used the good cop/bad cop routine (one guy lobbing softballs and giving buying signals, the other hammering away on "what's the value, prove it" etc.). Did well on that, got a verbal from the recruiter that they'd make an offer, had one final interview with head of inside sales org, got offer
