It was easy and friendly. I was interviewed by three guys, manager and two senior specialists. There were few theoretical questions on given topic and some role-play situational game. In the end it was look rather like discussion and conversation, than the interview. We'd exchange ideas and thought on given problem and tried to find collective solution. I definitely got positive experience.
