Although I submitted an application for SAP Portugal, I got contacted by a UK SAP Recruiter, by phone. This was the screening interview. It will still be followed by a presencial at the Portuguese office.
Basically the recruiter wanted to know the details about my CV and how well I was fit for this job.
The recruiter also requested earnings expectations. I replied with a 60% extra figure: 2500€ (gross) - this was pretty high for the normal fee of 1500€ (gross) for this job position. Nevertheless, replying this was negotiable, I was allowed to continue with the next interview.
Recruiter was very pleasant and also congratulated me for my communication skills, perhaps due to the perception created by my CV - 7 years now as an experienced consultant.

Its not about the answer its all about how u approach the problem may it be a program or a puzzle. Be confident, tell them if u don’t know a particular question, make sure u tell them your approach ,given an opportunity to ask questions at the end, always ask a few, this would show your interest to the interviewer.

First step was to apply on SAP job site. Here, after the initial resume screening, I had a written test consisting for 36 questions to be answered in 90 minutes. These were related to legacy ABAP, was really difficult as I work on modern ABAP.
The test was followed by 4 interview rounds:
First Round: Technical ABAP OO questions with lots of discussion related design choices and also many technical questions. Difficulty - Hard. This was taken by 2 interviewers from the team that I would join.
Second Round: Manager round, initial technical questions, followed by behavioural questions. This was taken by the hiring manager who posted the job. Discussion about salary in this round.
Third Round: Technical Round by interviewer from external line of business team, to make sure no one is hired without proper interview.
Fourth Round: HR round, talk about expected job profile, and long term thinking, also discussion about salary.
