Initial communication was through college. It was a 2 day process. On first day had an online written test consisting all major BE subjects. Second day had technical and HR interview. In noon got shortlisted :)

Conference call, but only one person showed up. The interviewer is a very nice and friendly guy. The interview was easy and fun, and lasted 30 mins. The HR contact me directly for the interview, but it's a little bit mess while scheduling the interview.
