Pre interview the process was great, I had lots of information provided in the form of a L'Oreal CV and the stages were clearly outlined in this document.
Unfortunately the talent manager dealing with this role didn't have a call before the main interview (as outlined on the process) after ignoring my emails around availability - during the interview it was disclosed that the role was FTC which was not mentioned in the LinkedIn job listing or the role advertisement on their website.
The interview itself was great, I found out a lot about the role and the wider team - after the interview I again tried to contact the talent manager to pass on my thanks and to just raise the issue around the FTC, unfortunately this email was also ignored.
Its now been a month since my interview with no feedback, follow up or any answers to my questions regarding the FTC as no term was mentioned during this process either.
A terrible experience and a total waste of time. Ghosting candidates is also never a good look.
