Also, be sure to explain your background and why you are interested in healthcare and Johnson & Johnson. Prepare thoughtful questions because they left more time for this than expected.

Impromptu brief interview during an MBA conference. I was asked to talk to a few recruiters and talk about why J&J, products of theirs I liked and how I would market against them as a competitor.

I interviewed with Johnson and Johnson during a diversity conference. The interview consisted of two back-to-back 45 minute behavioral interviews. Began with a walk through my resume. Then proceeded to mostly typical questions. The interviewers were friendly and they have me feedback via phone following the interview.
