Still in progress. Had one phone screen with HR person for prequalification. Basic questions on background, experience. Had second phone screen with Hiring Manager. More engaged, good dialog around mission and vision. More detail questions on experience. Two additional phone interviews planned. Will update as it goes since I have found the information reviewed on this site so far very enlightening.

They asked me to make a video about myself on why I think I would be a good fit for the job, then the recruiter would review and get back to me on next steps. I made the video but got a rejection hours later. Never spoke to a single person.
It was a very good interview process - lots of question and engaged employer. Look forward to working together. I would have spent more time if i could. Overall very good process.

Very thorough process from one end to the other end. Transparency on what to expect next. Feedback given was timely and useful to prepare a next stages. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience including final interview with CIO
