Recruited at university career fair, really genuine people. Started with a phone interview and was later called back to second round interviews and look into the company culture and facilities. Second round was tougher, including behavioral, situational and technical with three different interviewers. Regardless, was a very thorough way for both parties to get to know each other and look for the right fit.

Why J&J is one of the first questions they ask you, behavioral questions are also given, as well as relating experiences to how you were able to problem-solve. Overall, it was around 40 minutes.

The interview was virtual and they initially asked me to introduce myself and basically talk about my resume. I did and I tried to keep it brief. Then, they asked me questions about skills. For instance, a time when I ran into a problem on a team and how I fixed it.
