You fill out an application, you are contacted to complete a one way interview, and theoretically someone will call you back.
It was my experience that you will not speak to a human: I can call Bank of America and get a person on the line to check my transaction history. If you have screened me past an initial resume and qualification screen and found my credentials could fit, do not rely solely upon a one way interview for candidacy - especially in a technical role that requires human interaction.
I seemed to have dodged a bullet though, so that is my silver lining.
Note to future Applicants: Think long and hard before you apply - If you simply want a resume builder this may be a good fit. If you are looking for someplace that genuinely wants to know why you would dedicate some part your life skip J&J - There are better firms out there.

A recruiter has found this role for me. One interview (via phone) was with the recruiter. The next interview was with HR at the company.
There were a few scenario based questions, such as "this is a situation... what would you do?"
All general interview questions. Nothing unexpected. The interview took sometime ask about technical knowledge
