Signed up on careerbuilder and got a sudden phone call by a recruiter a few weeks later. They did a phone interview on the spot with standard HR questions:
"Where do you see your self in 10 years?"
Went in to the site and got a tour of the facility. Got a phone call a month later saying I got the position!

It was a panel interview which scheduled for 30min, they have 3 people from same team including a manager, asked my experience and the research they're interested on my resume

The research experience on the resume
Interview is asynchronous, you're given a chance to check camera and lighting. Then, you're presented a question and given 1-3 minutes to record a response. Interview was three questions for me. Feels strange to talk to just yourself but overall not difficult
Completed a hirevue with basic questions, no response after multiple weeks later however, pretty straightforward process, 3 questions with 2 minutes to think and 3 minutes to answer, did not get an answer past the hirevue round
