Hiring process is fast and took about 2 weeks for me. The hiring personnel even arranged to meet me at a cafe in Makati for the initial interview for my convenience. After that, I was scheduled for the 2nd interview with the Finance Manager the same week and 3rd interview with the Finance Head the week following.

So it would be great if you have various experiences from your job such as with your job function and dealing with your colleagues.
