I'm not sure how long the process takes, but I went through an assessment, a video interview where you record yourself answering three questions, and a Microsoft Teams interview. My Microsoft Teams interview was two weeks ago, so I believe I did not get the position.

I was thoroughly impressed by the structure and quality of the interview. The interviewer demonstrated a remarkable ability to balance a welcoming, conversational style with deep and precise technical inquiry. This technique created an environment that was highly conducive to a thoughtful discussion, rather than a high-pressure interrogation. The quality of the questions was particularly noteworthy. They were clearly designed to assess not just my foundational knowledge in Supply Chain and Finance, but also my critical thinking and ability to synthesize information across both domains. This methodical and insightful approach to evaluation gave me a very strong and positive impression of the company's professional standards and its intellectually stimulating culture.
