I first applied online and soon received an email asking me to complete an online video interview. The video interview has pre-determined questions and you can review your answer and redo it if unsatisfied.

Standard behavioural interview with question about experience, ability to lead and work within teams, and interest in the company and ethos. Finished with a case question including some numbers looking at ability to pull out strategic insights from a simple data set and form business recommendations and insights.
