Submit my resume to MIT European Career Event and recevie an interview offer for intership position. Basic resume and behavioural type questions. Very relax and lasts for about 45 minutes. Questions such as:
What is your most valued achievement and how do you work with an unfunctioning team.
Also why you would like to work with J&J and whether you are familiar with the credo.
Got the second phone interview with the local hiring manager and were asked pretty much the same questions with sime extras such as what is your current biggest challenge.

What is your current biggest professional challenge in Boston?
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
