J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Johnson & Johnson
Entretien
The interview lasted about 2.5 hrs. I met with directors several different levels of scientists. I was asked many technical questions pertaining to my resume and the job posting. Interviewers were kind and easy going, but also very serious in feeling out knowledge and personality of the candidate. The Senior Director was very no-nonsense and straight to the point. I was happy that I prepared for the technical questions and did not fluff my resume, as they went through each skill set. Overall I enjoyed the experience.

Question 1
Every technical question that applies to your skill set. How do you manage documents and data? Are you good working with large groups? Can you help train others? Which do you prefer, working on several projects or a couple of projects at a time? Can you handle extremely rapid and fast-pace work flow?
It went very long, had a few questions that tripped me up but overall pleasant experience, not too many technical question. Towards the end the conversation became light and was just making conversation about the whole scope of operations based on the needs of the job description.
