I was called about this position through a recruiter. I was set up for a phone interview once about a week and a half later. A week after the phone interview, I was asked for an in-person interview with 3 employees in the same room. I only had one in-person interview. Then it took about a week to get a call back with an offer. Whole process took a little less than a month.

Recorded interview to screen out best candidates. Second in person interview with hiring mgr. 3rd interview with team. Recorded interview allowed practice and questions were general about past job experience
One call with HR on more personal profile and work preferences. Then one call with the hiring manager, very chill and nice discussion. Technical questions on tools to use and general description of the role. Also questions on J&J credo, diversity and value to share
