I received a request for a phone interview. I accepted the offer for the interview and settled on a day later in the week. I was given a time window for the call and received a call a little after the time slot I was given. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. I did not have any previous sales experience so I was unsure how to answer some of the questions in the interview so I think that was a contributing factor to my declined offer. The interviewer let me know that I should apply again and I probably will in the future.

In person interview to walk through experience and knowledge as well as problem solving focused interview questions. Sales experience and pitching are also a focus of the overall final interview.
It was pretty easy. There was a call with a recruiter that included some simple questions and felt more like conversations and then an in person interview with the manager(s) in the Groupon Chicago office.

Two interviews sometimes three — HR and hiring manager, took place in a virtual setting — video, standard process, then the offer came in the next day after the final interview and I had forty eight hours to decide if I wanted to accept the role.
