The interview process was very transparent and there was a comfortable, open atmosphere. The recruiting process went very rapidly. After an introductory call with HR, the interview was set three days after. Two days before the interview you will receive a business case to prepare, which you will explain during the first part of the interview. The second part of the interview was the more typical interview.

The process begins with a screening interview to evaluate candidates’ fit and communication skills, followed by an in-depth case study assessing their analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities through realistic scenarios.
