It was straightforward with 4 steps, 1 HR round, 1 Technical challenge, 1 Technical call and a panel for the last one. I haven't had a change for the panel discussion, but it was an interesting HR process

Entretien
The process is pretty clear, but as far you don't know what will be in the interview, you prepare tech stuff and amazon principles. It takes more time and you might be not asked for them.
The most negative thing:
When you answered right for the all questions you get the negative result without only feedback and with a message like "Please try again after several months."
How I could prepare for the next attempt if I don't know what went wrong? ;-)
