It was a 30 min long interview with hiring manager. They seem to be looking for something specific and gave the impression that they did not want to interview me. They were disengaged from the beginning. Which is too bad.

Entrevista inicial muito boa e esclarecedora com equipe de RH, deixando claras as expectativas de modo geral em ambos os lados. Entrevista com gestão da área um tanto quanto “estranha” e parecia que a pessoa estava com pressa, cortava a todo momento e redirecionava o tema da conversa.

6 back-to-back interviews - loop round.
Mix of HM, peers, and cross-functional team members. The interview process relies heavily on their leadership principles, with 1-2 curveball questions. The answers should preferably quantify your problem, measurable outcome and what you may have learnt out of it.
