Scheduling nightmare, turned it into a long delayed, zero momentum, low trust experience. Contacted within a week after applying, got an email to fill out salary expectations. Screen with recruiter was pure salary and logistics, really positively assumptive experience and a nice lady. Then the nightmare began! Scheduling the interview was a complete mess. Working as an SDR, Sales, and Internal Strategy, scheduling is very important, and can destroy relationships or opportunities if conducted poorly. You would think they could invest in decent scheduling software, but it's all manual and disorganized. They have people in India as schedulers, it was bad enough years ago when they were in the States, now it's an 11 hour time difference, and when they get your request, it takes a business day for them to see it, then it takes another day for the person in the States to see your request after the person in India sends it while they're asleep: 48-hr lag. I sent 5 dates with multiple time options over the next two weeks, and a week and a half later I realized they wouldn't schedule within the time period. The worst part is they give you a ton of research information, which isn't bad in and of itself because it's good to prepare, but it's extremely demanding, and that's with no solid scheduling expectations. I stopped my research after like 5 days of preparing because it seemed like they weren't going to confirm a 1:1 meeting, but I did email towards the end of the 2 weeks about the period coming to an end. They sent another request of my availability and asked me to provide two weeks, but skip the next week. I sent my availability again for 2-3 weeks out but they took forever to confirm the schedule only 48 hours ahead 2 weeks later, so it ended up being 4 weeks after my chat with the recruiter. This was completely disrespectful because they make you wait forever, then confirm a schedule with only 48 hours lead time when you've been waiting for two weeks, not fulling trusting that they will confirm, and with one week worth of prep material, The scheduling nightmare ruined the experience. The leadership principles sound like hypocrisy because they don't seem so customer obsessed with their psychotic recruiting process. The hiring manager had the stereotypical sociopathic attitude of the country HQ of the Enterprise ERP company I had worked for, from a particular city known for the most nasty people, which was hard to believe considering he had lived in Seattle for 20 years. He didn't speak well about the project they were working on, it was way behind schedule, they had no idea of their GTM and sales strategy and he kept cutting me off. It seemed like he was trying to work within the artificial structure that Amazon sets up, but wasn't that seasoned, and it didn't go so smoothly. That said, I think I avoided a suicidal mission, because what the recruiter made sound like a dream opportunity, was already a rocket that couldn't launch. The company has always had a reputation for being bizarre and evil, but with the current CEO and dropping ratings, along with weak new projects that are overhyped and flailing, behind schedule, they don't really seem to deliver on their leadership principles and I wouldn't want to own their stock. I really feel like a dodged a bullet.

Very long, all though they prepare you before the interview process, the process is long and they provide CERO feedback. After several processes with them, the process has many faults and deficiencies.
